Death on the Rocks

Just watched Death on the Rocks for the very first time. Great episode, the fast setting face pack was a classic scene and Cathy Gale was superb as always. I liked the clip where Steed carries her on his shoulders and says "did you enjoy that" - her reply "not a lot" She also looked terrific in that animal print top she wore ;) I was a little dissapointed that she didn't square up to the female villian in hand to hand combat in the end though

I like the scene when Steed tells to cathy he and she will be married ! it's just for the enquiry ! it's very funny especially when we see cathy's reaction !

I think Steed and Cathy have the best relationship to watch out of all the Avenger partners

Ah - Well only the French people can think like that ;) Cathy Gale/Honor Blackman has always been my favourite Avenger girl. Fans only dislike those shows because they are old and the production values are lower than the 65-69 years. I can see past that though, and I enjoy the original 62/64 Avengers for what they are, classic episodes of British TV with two great leading actors who have a fantastic and amusing on-screen relationship which is equal too if not better than the Steed/Peel or Steed/King one

Oh c'mon Dennis !! Steed and Mrs Gale have a very entertaining relationship on screen. She is so abrupt with him it's a joy to watch and always makes me laugh

In my "point of view" I think the relation between Steed &Mrs Peel is the most beautiful relationship of the Avengers. In the Emma Peel era, there are humor , love (maybe) because at the end of the episode the hidden tiger Steed draws a heart on Emma appartment's wall.
I deduice that Steed loves Emma.
